Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the AtlasFiles desktop app, website and license (“the Service”). By buying or using AtlasFiles you agree to them.
Your license
- A lifetime license is a one-time purchase that lets one person use AtlasFiles Pro on the number of computers shown at purchase (currently one at a time). You can move it to another computer by removing the old one from your account.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we continue to offer AtlasFiles. Updates are included. Your license is personal and may not be resold or shared.
- Promo and free-license codes are single-use unless stated otherwise and have no cash value.
Free trial
The app includes a free trial. When it ends, Pro features need a license.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, which also handles applicable taxes and issues your receipt. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future buyers; early-bird pricing can end at any time.
No refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy. Please use the free trial to make sure AtlasFiles works for you before buying.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to bypass licensing, reverse-engineer the license system, or use the Service to break the law.
Your files
AtlasFiles works on files on your computer. Clean-up features move files to the Trash and ask before acting, but you are responsible for reviewing what you remove and for keeping backups.
Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a new date.
